Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit the quote form or the contact form, we collect what you enter: your name, company, email, phone number, and the details of your request (services, site type, acreage, timeline, and any notes). We use this to respond and to prepare a written scope.

Information collected automatically. Like most sites, we use analytics to understand how visitors use the pages. We run Google Analytics 4 (through Google Tag Manager) and Microsoft Clarity. These tools set cookies and may record aggregated, de-identified usage such as pages viewed, approximate location, device type, and on-page interactions. Clarity may capture session activity (clicks, scrolls) to produce heatmaps. We do not use this to identify you personally.

How we use information

• Respond to quote requests and questions.
• Prepare estimates and scopes of work.
• Operate, secure, and improve the website.
• Meet legal and recordkeeping obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising to third parties.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed to do their job:

• Supabase (form and record storage).
• Resend (delivering email notifications).
• Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (site analytics).
• Microsoft Clarity (usage analytics).

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

Cookies and your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on. Blocking cookies will not stop you from using the site. We do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions for as long as we need them to serve you and to keep accurate business records, then delete or anonymize them. Analytics data follows the retention period set in each tool.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

Our site is meant for businesses and property owners. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page.
